White Tea with Pear & Pineapple Whole Leaf

White tea reigns as one of the world’s greatest teas. Our White Peony (Pau Mu Tan) tea is crafted from only the topmost leaves and buds of the tea bush. The least processed of all teas, the hand-plucked buds and leaves are air dried, resulting in their fine silvery-white appearance.  The tea leaves are then delicately blended with the natural essence of pear and pineapple.  Because of this minimal processing, white tea has been shown to contain the highest level of health beneficial antioxidants.  This tea produces pale liquor with the refreshingly fruity flavour of pear and pineapple. Best served alone and sweetened to taste.  Enjoy hot or iced.
