Originally blended for the soft waters of Scotland, but is now enjoyed everywhere, our Scottish Breakfast tea has bright colour and a full, rich malty flavour, a perfect tea to greet the day.
To fully appreciate the subtleties of this fine leaf tea, it's worth taking the time to brew it properly.
• Bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil.
• Warm your teapot with hot water and discard.
• Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 oz of water.
• Pour boiling water over tea and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea leaves.
• Best served with milk. Sweeten to taste.
