For the perfect cup, we recommend that you bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil and immediately pour over tea bag. Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.  Serve with or without milk. Sweeten to taste.

• Each tea bag contains 2.5 grams of tea.  That's 25% more tea than the standard U.S. tea bag which contain 2 grams or less. The more tea in your tea bag ensures a richer, better tasting cup of tea.
