Harrisons & Crosfield Organic Blackcurrant Tea is a blend of superb quality organic black tea leaves from the Korakundah Estate, one of the premier tea plantations in the Nilgiri region of Southern India. The tea leaves are delicately blended with the flavour of all natural luscious blackcurrant. This irresistible tea brews deep coloured liquor with an enticingly fruity flavour and aroma. USDA certified, our organic teas are certified in both England, where they are subject to the stricter European organic regulations and in the U.S.
To fully appreciate the subtleties of this fine leaf tea, it's worth taking the time to make it properly.
• Bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil.
• Warm your teapot with hot water and discard.
• Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 oz of water.
• Pour boiling water over tea and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea leaves.
• Serve without milk. Sweeten to taste.
