They are then rolled, dried and delicately blended with sweet natural essence of cherry. This tea brews pale liquor with a wonderful sweet cherry flavour and aroma. It is best served on its own and sweetened to taste. Japanese Cherry Sencha tea is an ideal afternoon or evening tea and is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads and poultry.
