Kensington White Tea with Blackcurrant

Kensington White Tea with Blackcurrant is made with only the topmost hand-plucked leaves and buds of the tea bush. The least processed of all teas, the tea is air dried, resulting in their fine silvery-white appearance.  Because of this minimal processing, white tea has been shown to contain the highest level of health beneficial antioxidants. The tea leaves are then delicately blended with the natural essence blackcurrant. This tea produces pale liquor with the refreshingly fruity blackcurrant flavour.  Kosher certified.

Brewing Instructions:
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil.  Remove from heat and cool for one minute (boiling water will damage the tender tea leaves).  Pour over tea bag and infuse for 2 to 4 minutes.  Over brewing will produce bitter tasting tea. Our superb tea brews light liquor with a mellow and refreshingly fruity flavour of blackcurrant. Serve on its own and sweetened to taste.  Excellent hot or iced.
